This page describes how to manage your account, view orders, and change profile information.

Registration

  • When you click Register or attempt to checkout with items in your basket, you will be required to register as a customer of the IT Xchange Digital Marketplace.
  • Enter your name and password.
  • Complete your information.
  • Click Register.
  • You can now proceed to shop on the site.

Manage My Account

  • To Manager your account, click "Your Account" at the top of the page.
  • Change any information including password and email address. Note: some fields are required. The system will inform you if you have any required fields blank.
  • Click Update when complete.
  • The screen will refresh with your changes displayed.

Note that Business to Business customers can only change their Password. All other changes must be made by contacting your Sales Representative. All ship-to locations must be requested through your Sales Representative prior to being available through the IT Xchange Digital Marketplace.

View Orders

The following steps will allow you to view your orders. You will be able to view orders you have entered on this website as well as orders placed with your Sale Representative.
  1. Click "Your Account" or the Basket Icon at the top of the page.
  2. Click Order History at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click on the order confirmation to view.
  4. You may now view the order or print the information.

Change My Email Address

Your email address is an important piece of information as it is your account login. To change your email address:

  1. Click Your Account at the top of the page.
  2. Change your email information. The system will inform you if you have any required fields blank.
  3. Click Update.
  4. The screen will refresh with your changes displayed.

Business to Business customers - you can only change email address by contacting your Sales Rep with a written request on company letterhead.

Change My Password

You can change the password associated with your IT Xchange account in the following manner:

  1. Click Your Account at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your old password. The characters will not display.
  3. Enter your new password and the confirmation for your new password. The characters will not display. The system will inform you if the new password and the confirmation do not match.
  4. Click Update.
  5. The screen will refresh with your changes displayed.
