Same Day Order Processing
We have distribution centers in the US, Canada and the UK. Orders will be processed same day when possible, otherwise they will be processed by the next business day. For orders shipping from the US and Canada, same day orders must be received by 3pm EST. For orders shipping from the UK, same day orders must be received by 12pm GMT.
Delivery Options
You have the option to select which level of service you wish to utilize. A list of delivery options will be provided based on which distribution center your product is shipping from and your destination.
Shipping to Canada, UK, US
- Int'l Priority: next business day by 10:30
- Int'l Economy: 2-3 business day service available in some areas
Shipping outside Canada, UK, US
- Int'l Priority - next business day by 10:30
We have distribution centers in the US, Canada and the UK. ITXchange does reserve the right to utilize the most economical carrier for the service level you have requested. We cannot guarantee delivery dates as all product is subject to customs clearance.
Delivery Costs
Your actual shipping costs will appear on the "Billing" page during checkout, before you approve the order. After seeing the shipping charge, you can proceed to checkout or you can change the service level to view the costs of a slower/less expensive or faster/more costly service level. If we are unable to calculate exact shipping costs based on your destination, you will be contacted with a shipping charge for approval prior to the order being fulfilled.
Customs Brokerage & Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped to the US, Canada or the UK, you are not responsible for customs brokerage or duties. On your invoice, you will be charged the applicable import tax (ie VAT in the UK and GST in Canada).
For orders shipped to countries outside of the US, Canada and the UK, you will be fully responsible for all customs brokerage, duties and import taxes levied by your country. When your order enters your country, the carrier or their customs broker will contact you and advise you on the charges and you will be fully responsible for payment of these charges.
Any applicable sales tax will be applied to your sales order upon checkout. See TAXES ON ORDERS for more information.
Track Your Order
Once you have entered your order, you can check on the status of your order, through "ORDER HISTORY" and view when the order in its various stages of fulfillment - ie picking, shipped.
You can track your order on the freight carrier's website using the tracking number provided to you via email once the order has shipped.
