Payment Options
ITXchange accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards only. If you are a registered business account with ITXchange, you are bound by the credit terms of your account.

Taxes Added To Your Order
If your order is being shipped to the following locations, the applicable taxes will be added to your order on the Billing page, unless you have submitted a valid "Reseller Tax Exemption" certificate to ITXchange prior to the creation of your order. ITXchange will confirm receipt of all Reseller Tax Exception Certificates upon receipt and processing.

• Canada - All provincal sales taxes and GST apply
  
• US - State Sales tax for orders shipped to California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maine, North Carolina and Washington
  
• United Kingdom: VAT
  
• Australia

Currencies
ITXchange processes payment in Canadian (CAD), US Dollars (USD), Pounds Sterling (GBP) and Euros (EUR). If your credit card is in one of these 4 currencies, the exact order total will appear on your credit card statement. If your credit card is in a currency other than the 4 specified, the amount charged to your credit card will be subject to a foreign exchange conversion as determined by your credit card company.

You will be required to specify your preferred transactional currency when you set up your account with us and this will be your currency for all future transactions.

Invoicing
Your invoice showing all prices, tax and shipping charges will be emailed to the email address used to create your account.
