Same Day Order Processing
We have distribution centers in the US, Canada and the UK. Orders will be processed same day when possible, otherwise they will be processed by the next business day. For orders shipping from the US and Canada, same day orders must be received by 3pm EST. For orders shipping from the UK, same day orders must be received by 12:30pm GMT.

Delivery Options
You have the option to select which level of service you wish to utilize. A list of delivery options will be provided based on which distribution center your product is shipping from and your destination.

Within the US delivery services include
• next business day by 12:00 noon
• next business day by 4pm
• 2-3 business day service depending on the destination
• ground service within 7 days

Within Canada delivery services include
• next business day by 12:00 noon
• ground service within 7 days

Within UK delivery services include
• next business day by 12:00 noon
• ground service within 7 days

Delivery Costs
You have the option to select which level of service you wish to utilize. A list of delivery options will be provided based on which distribution center your product is shipping from and your destination.

Your actual shipping costs will appear on the "Billing" page during checkout, before you approve the order. After seeing the shipping charge, you can proceed to checkout or you can change the service level to view the costs of a slower/less expensive or faster/more costly service level. If we are unable to calculate exact shipping costs based on your destination, you will be contacted with a shipping charge for approval prior to the order being fulfilled.

Volume/Large Orders
Our delivery costs are determined based on units being individually boxed. Should you place an order with a large quantity of a single item, it is possible that the units will be bulk packaged resulting in lower shipping costs. If we can lower the cost of shipping, we will pass the savings onto you.

All delivery costs provided on this website are based on package shipments. If you are placing a large order and can accept skidded shipments. Please specify this in the comments of your order. If we can lower the cost of shipping, by shipping the product skidded, while still meeting your requested delivery service level, we will pass the savings onto you.

Track Your Order
Once you have entered your order, you can check on the status of your order, through "ORDER HISTORY" and view when the order in its various stages of fulfillment; i.e. picking, shipped.

You can track your order on the freight carrier's website using the tracking number provided to you via email once the order has shipped.
