Shopping on our site is safe
Our Secure Socket Layer software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the
best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all
of your personal information including your credit card number, name and
address. This encryption ensures that nothing can be read as it travels over the
Internet. Only when it reaches our servers is your information decrypted.
Credit Card Guarantee
Most financial institutions or credit card providers either cover all charges
resulting from unauthorized use of your credit card, or limit your liability to
$50 (Canadian), $50 (US), £25 (GBP) or €50 (Euro). If your bank or credit card
provider does hold you liable for fraudulent use of your credit card,
ITXchange will cover the actual amount of your liability up to a maximum of
$50 (Canadian), $50 (US), £25 (GBP) or €50 (Euro), provided the unauthorized use
of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own and was a result of
purchases made through our site.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your
credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and
procedures.
If your credit card company:
