Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To request an RMA, please contact RMA1@itxchange.com or phone the closest regional sales office, Monday to Friday during regular business hours. If you are a business-to-business customer, or have an IT Xchange sales representative, you may request an RMA from your sales representative through their email or by phone.
